Siuslaw River

The beautiful Siuslaw River that you see here flows right next to our Old Town in Florence, then curves around passing our home, just before dumping its waters into the pacific ocean. Because of the tides, the rivers elevation changes daily. It is also one of the best salmon fishing rivers on the central Oregon coast.

I just love that picture!! If you keep posting beautiful pictures of your neck of the woods, maybe some of the cyber-brides will want to go there for a destination wedding. I sure would love to if I were getting married.

Sounds like you’ve done all the legwork, so good luck in reaping lots and lots of fruit for your labors 🙂

AND… I am thrilled that you will now have more time to get your camera out and bless us with the beauty of the Pacific Northwest on a regular basis! I just subscribed to your blog, so you know I will be on you like white on rice if ever (not that you ever would) become negligent in sharing all things Oregon “through the lens” of David Michael Collins! Congratulations! I’m still finding my around your new site, but so far… I liiiiiiiiiiiiiiike it!!!!
